Custom Order Illustrations

I am available for creating personalized portraits. These illustrations are done as an interpretation in my own style and capture the detail and character of the subject(s). I can include elements of fairy tales, some special significant details, or anything meaningful and heartfelt to you or your pet.

These custom illustrations can be ordered as a digital file for you to download (will be emailed) and print yourself or as a physical illustration on paper (sent by mail).

Digital downloads are in vector format and can be sized to suit your needs.

Physical illustrations can be ordered in 4 sizes:

Small (A5 - 148 x 210mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches)
Medium (A4 - 210 x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches)
Large (A3 - 297 x 420 mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches)
Extra Large (500 x 700 mm / 19.7 x 27.6 inches)

You can choose between 1-5 subjects to be illustrated. If you would like more, please contact me with the details of your request.

Please allow up to 10 business days for me to illustrate your order. I will send you 1 round of sketches before I start coloring if you wish to make any changes. Further alterations are subject to a surcharge.

All physical illustrations include free tracked shipping from my studio in France and are sent in a sturdy shipping container. Please take international shipping times into consideration.

During the checkout process you can describe to me what kind of illustration you would like. I will follow up with your request by email and request reference photos as needed.

General questions

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all custom order illustrations have free shipping!

How are your products made?

All custom order illustrations are hand drawn either digitally, or painted on high quality, professional grade art paper.

How are your products shipped?

Small, A5 sized custom illustrations are sent in a sturdy, flat shipping envelope, while medium and large sized illustrations are sent in a round shipping tube.

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped with a tracking link, which you can follow via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, don't hesitate to message me or email me at irenasophiashop@gmail.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I'm so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged! To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at irenasophia@gmail.com or message me within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I'll do my best to fix it for you as soon as possible!

Returns and exchanges

Each product is custom made to order, so I don’t offer returns, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by sending me a message or emailing me at irenasophiashop@gmail.com.

Refunds are only offered if you receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at irenasophiashop@gmail.com or message me with photos of wrong/damaged items and I'll do everything I can to help fix it!

My store accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Shipping

When will I get my order?

It takes 2-7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but averages 4-10 business days for the US and EU and Australia. International orders can take anywhere from 10-20 business days shipping.

*Due to Covid-19, there may be delays up to 10-15 business days in production. Please allow up to 4 extra weeks for any shipping delays that might be caused by Covid-19.

Where will my order ship from?

All custom ordered illustrations ship from my studio in France.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch, please help me out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
