Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, I offer free shipping on all orders. This free shipping offer includes all art prints, mugs, phone cases, and t-shirts but excludes any international order containing calendars.

How are your products made?

Prints and merchandise are made by reliable production partners across the globe.. They use state of the art Kornit printers which provide unparalled quality. Original illustrations and custom orders are drawn from my art studio in France.

How are your products shipped?

Art prints are sent in a mailing tube and calendars are sent in a thick cardboard box. Mugs are packaged in a sturdy, protective box. Apparel and other merch will be sent in plastic envelopes. Original artwork is also sent in a sturdy mailing envelope or tube. Some products may be shipped separately.

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped with a tracking link, which you can follow via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, don't hesitate to message me or email me at

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I'm so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged! To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at or message me within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I'll do my best to fix it for you as soon as possible!

When will I get my order?

It takes 2-7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but averages 4-10 business days for the North America, Europe, and Australia. International orders can take anywhere from 10-20 business days shipping.

*Due to Covid-19, there may be delays up to 10-15 business days in production. Please allow up to 4 extra weeks for any shipping delays that might be caused by Covid-19.

Where will my order ship from?

I have partnered with a network of production facilities in the US, Canada, the EU, UK, and Australia. Art prints, merchandise (mugs, phone cases, and mugs.), and apparel (t-shirts, etc.) will ship from whichever one of these facilities is closest to you. This ensures quick fulfillment and delivery time, while also minimizing shipping costs.

Wall Calendars ship only from the US.

All original artwork pieces and any custom ordered illustrations ship from my studio in France.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch, please help me out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
